About Joshua Yuen
I'm choosing to run in support of homelessness efforts because it's one of the areas that I actually tend to be most uncomfortable taking action for. Of course, I am aware that my running a half marathon doesn't do much to expose me to the issue of homelessness and to get me more directly involved. But for me, it is a start. Thankfully, Hope for San Diego makes support opportunities so accessible and available for people like me!
Here is my commitment:
- During the training season, I will find one volunteering opportunity in the area of homelessness.
- During the half marathon, at every mile, I will pray for different aspects of homelessness.
- After the half marathon, I will continue to support Hope for San Diego, their programs, and their partners by giving my time and my financial support.
- Financial support for Hope For San Diego's partners with programs for homelessness
- Click "Give Now" on the right side of this page
- Prayer for the homeless population and initiatives to support them
- Train or volunteer with me!
